My stomach middle left side i noticed yesterday when touching by hand having pain. No any other pain when walking or doing any work. When i Relaxed way also not have. But when i touching have pain. I'm so worried and could you please tell me what would be the reason...☹😥😥 Here i attached some diagram for show the actual area...

[ ] Left sided abdominal pain can be due to gastritis, left sided colitis ( infection of colon) or may be a muscular pain. If it's in loin or slightly lower back then it may be due to left kidney stone. You need to go for a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out above problems . Can take Tab.
