Long time sitting ir standing in the same position. In your case, while studying sitting un front of system is bringing uncomfort. Best is to do few shoulder, forearm and neck stretches. Try to maintain your posture while studying( avoid sitting with laptop on lap or lower than face level)
Next Steps
add some hot formentation over the affected joint.
Health Tips

First you need to correct your sitting posture in order to avoid further more damage to nerves. Apply dicl9fenac ointment to the area of pain and cover it with a cloth for 10mins, clean it with warm water following hot water fermentation or ice pack will also help. Do shoulder stretching and strengthening exercises. If pain is severe take Myospaz or ultacet tablet twice a day for 2 days. If possible take ultrasound therapy for a week and exercises will be suggested accordingly at any physiotherapy centre.

In my opinion,it’s all bcoz of prolonged sitting in incorrect posture.Do some neck movements to each side and hold it for 6sec each side 6repetition.While doing this ,don’t take your neck downward, just do side bending of neck, side turns and taking neck backwards.second exercise is take both your hands on the back of head and open out your arms .4repetition 10 Sec hold .Do these exercises thrice daily.check your sitting posture, avoid slouching.Take care

As suggested earlier, posture is very important, also breaks every 40 minutes is a must. Consult a physiotherapist in person as you have pain on both sides. Could be a lower neck or upper back dysfunction, which needs assessment.
