Hi, I do regular gym and I think I have a muscle tear in my FRONT SHOULDER, just above the under arms ..I am not sure..it's been 10-15 days but the pain is still there..I'm using heat pads and have applied oxalgin gel . The pain has reduced but it's been constant for few days now..with no further improvements. Someone suggested physiotherapy and some suggested acupressure..could you please suggest what should

You need to get clinically evaluated and on clinical examination if there is suspicion of muscle tendon or soft tissue injury then you need to get an MRI done
