Symptoms suggest nerve irritation, probably secendory to arthritic changes in cervical spine. This is a radicular pain originating from neck, which leads to symptoms such as tingling, numbness and weakness. Also possible that cervical spondylosis is presenting with carpal tunnel syndrome as you are not able to grip things. Try: 1. Local hot water compression twice daily . 2. Neck, shoulder, upper back and hand exercises will help. 3. Medications like Neurokind LC, Evion LC, Orthocort, Cartigen DN will help for long term relief.
Next Steps
consult Orthopaedic Surgeon for clinical examination and MRI.
