  4. Pain in right breast. Help on this?

Pain in right breast

I have severe burning sensation in upper right breast and also in the upper right back. It has been there for 2 years now. It persists all 24 hrs. I can't sit, stand. The pain is unbearable. Physiotherapy has not helped at all. HRCT has found accessory muscle. See the report attached. Should I consult any breast surgeon for this or any other speciality would help on this ?

The burning sensation could be because of vitamin b12 deficiency you can get the levels checked get an ultrasound breast done

Please consult a Gynaecologist or a General Physician. A sono-mammography of the breast should be done. A clinical examination of the back will be more useful than the investigations.
