What is this condition.. 1 year ago small amount of teeth was broked and now sometimes its start paining.. how to treat it

You need to get a restoration (filling) done only by a dentist. Dentist will take x-ray, explain everything and do the necessary treatment. Get it done as soon as possible because any complacency will lead to deterioration and spread of infection

This is a cavity between two teeth which is called as class 2 cavity..the pain is due to sensitivity of dentinal tubules. This can be simply treated by restoration. You should consult dentist as soon as possible. On later stages this may go to root canal treatment.
