Pain in lower vertibrates of backbone
Dear sir/mam,
My dad is suffering from backache from last 5 years, the pain is near lower 2nd and 3rd vertibrates the pain is unbearable and due to this pain he is not be able to stand straight after some sleep..now a days he is having pain in his legs too... I dont know what to do now.. He has consulted many doctors but the result is same.
Its low backache generally occurs in old age and sometimes early due to overuse of muscles and weak muscles.

Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening as well as stretching exercises will be helpful for sure.

Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
