Some 10 years back i got my root canal done on one left upper teeth. Doctor asked not to bite any hard candy from that side
As i was too young..i stopped chewing from my left side
Now that i noticed a slight difference in my lower cheek muscles my left cheek is smaller than my right cheek. And so i started chewing food from my left jaw
But i tend to wound the corner gums while biting
There is 1 teeth gap left in the corner of lower left jaw .but no gap in upper left jaw
And i can feel pain in my lower jaw too..if i stop chewing it gets alright..what should i do
Should i continue chewing from my left ?
Always best to use both sides and not using the size causes this kind of muscle imbalance, seems that your treatment needs some looking into and is not fully complete, you should not b having any trouble eating.
Next Steps

Health Tips
