I think you have lumbar spondylosis with disc prolapse. Initially it requires medical management with mild analgesics, avoid bending and weight lifting, avoid in western commouds, take adequate bed rest, lumbar belt. If there is no decrease in pain even after 3weeks need to get MRI done to look for the issue.
