Really sharp pain in left testicle. Started this morning about 12 hours ago. If I don't move it's a dull ache that moves up towards my pelvic area. It's so much pain that I can't check for lumps. It does look abnormally small than usual but it's like it has filled with a liquid that makes it seem smaller because of it being squishy instead of firm. I have no previous medical conditions. Have a family history of skin cancer and diabetes. There was no injury to it either.
