Exyreme pain in left side gum and teeth all upper and lower Pain extend when i lay down for sleep Unable to sleep in night Kindly advise

Your symptoms look like there is Cavity in a tooth that has reached the pulp (center) of the tooth. You should get an XRay done on that side and the offending tooth would most probably require Root Canal Treatment
