Pain in left shoulder

I started to have pain in left shoulder after chest/shoulder workout at gym. I applied moov spray and took MR for a week but it didn't help. Its now 4th week and the pain is still there. Its on the left shoulder between chest and shoulder area.

Avoid gym till relief. Don't do strain full activity. Apply hot fermentation twice a day.

Hi. It wld be a muscle spasm or strain. Stretching n hot water cld help. Also c a physiotherapist.

hi, consult a physiotherapist to assess and undergo some modality treatment. even after that if pain does not subside consult a orthopaedician to rule out the shoulder issues.
