Pain In Left Leg

Currently iam 16 weeks pregnant..from around two weeks iam having pain in my left leg..not severe but prolonged..pain in thight calf and feet..discomfort is more near outer side of the left knee..i had this pain earlier before pregnancy as well..this discomfort increases after i sleep at night..i work in an mmc so during day i dont feel much pain..right leg is fine..pain is only in the left leg..please please help

It's possible due to nerve compression during sleep so please try to sleep in left lateral position...
