Pain in left leg bursa and calf areas

2018-11-17 21:01:56
Hi , I felt a pain on the back of my left heel ( bursa I suppose ) for a few days I had to limp even. Now the back of the heel pain has subsided but have been feeling a strange pain in the left calf area it's bearable but it stays all the time , and it feels. like the muscles are too streached. I have been taking hot water treatment and applying pain reliever lotion . Please share your suggestions.

Pain over calf usually  subside by stretching and normal  ankle toe movements and stroking massage over muscle . Also do intrinsic foot muscles exercises. Do simple calf stretching regularly . Avoid faulty shoes always go for nice fit shoes if pain over bursa comes again cover it with cotton or silicon pad to avoid friction over it which will reduse further inflammation. Go for ice and hot fermentation that is contrast bath.
