If its paining severe in the morning, and if the pain is continuous while day or evening then you need physical assessment to rule out disc changes which happens mostly due to improper posture. Do apply hot pack twice a day, maintain proper posture, do lower strengthening exercises, take a break for every 30mins if sitting for prolonged time. Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and get assessed for the same.
