Her right knee has pain and feel link there is swelling in leg but we are not able to see swelling and her blood reports are vitamin d is 4 point and esr is 72 point. So what should i do

Knee joint pain can be Bec of multiple reasons. History told by you is not sufficient. But vit D of 4, it is too low. You need to consult once, then only it will be clear fir diagnosis and treatment
