I had c section delivery 25 days back. Now I have to feed the baby for long hours and at regular intervals. Since I sit with my legs folded I am having knee pain. Last two days the pain has Increased and I am unable to fold one of my leg. Plzz suggest some home remedy for knee pain..
⢠Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.

First thing to change...
Modify your feeding position.....(because of prolonged sitting position only you get pain)
Get some modified sitting position....from NICU staffs...they give you a proper feeding position without straining knee joint. ...
It gives a good relief ...if pain persists get Hot water fermentation too.
My knees are paining a lot while standing and climbing stairs since last two months there is swelling too
