Swelling in the lower jaw can’t be because of cold. It could be infection of tooth or glands.

Cold and sinus can cause slight swelling but only in the upper jaw, below the eye. If the swelling is in the lower jaw, it is unlikely to be due to cold. Get a check up done to diagnose the cause of the swelling
