Well that's TMJ pain . Tmj ( cheek head chewing ) joint . Lasers are quite effective in treating tmj pain. Go to some good dental clinic and enquire weather laser facility is available or not

This type of pain during the first bite, especially near the ear lobe or jawline, often happens due to temporomandibular joint (TMJ) issues or inflammation of the parotid (salivary) gland. The TMJ is the small joint just in front of your ear that helps you open and close your mouth. When this joint or nearby muscles are strained — from habits like clenching, grinding teeth, or even stress — pain can appear around the ear, especially when you start chewing. In some cases, mild infection or blockage in the salivary gland can also cause similar pain.
Next Steps
Avoid hard or chewy foods for a few days. Apply a warm compress near the painful area twice a day. Do gentle jaw-opening exercises. If pain persists or increases, visit a dentist or oral & maxillofacial specialist to rule out TMJ disorder or salivary gland infection.
Health Tips
Try to relax your jaw — avoid constant gum chewing or clenching your teeth. Early care usually relieves this kind of pain quickly.

Pain near the ear while taking the first bite or touching the jawline often comes from the jaw joint (TMJ) the hinge that connects your lower jaw to the skull — rather than the ear itself. This usually happens when the joint or nearby muscles are strained, which can occur due to: Habit of clenching or grinding teeth (even during sleep) Sudden bite change or uneven chewing on one side Stress or tight jaw muscles Infection or pressure from a back molar or wisdom tooth What you can do right now: Eat soft food and avoid hard or chewy items for a few days Apply a warm compress near the painful area Try not to open your mouth too wide while yawning or eating If the pain continues for more than 3–4 days or worsens, get a dental and TMJ evaluation sometimes a simple bite adjustment, night guard, or anti-inflammatory treatment resolves it completely This type of pain is usually temporary and reversible, so don’t worry

It could be due to the jaw joint (TMJ), surrounding muscles, or sometimes could be a dental issue like a wisdom tooth or deep cavity in the tooth . To identify the exact cause, it’s best to go for a short check-up. Once you are examined , the doctor can suggest the right treatment or exercises to relieve your pain .
