Pain in hips and lower back

Hi, I had c section 2.5 months back.. last month i faced right hip pain for few days. Did ct scan and nothing found in thay. Pain went after one week. Again from 4 days i am facing hip pain as before and lower back pain. Please let me know y i am facing this issue
