Pain in heels

Whenever I stand up after sleeping or seating for a while,there's a pain at heels for sometime. After walking some steps it disappeares. Can anyone tell me about problem? Y this is so?

Based on your history possible diagnosis is plantar fasciitis .need to rule out the cause for plantar fasciitis like calcaneal spur or thyroid disorder or diabetes .
