Also check whether you have night grinding habit which will cause pain in all your teeth and jaws as you wake up in the morning.. You need to confirm that whether it is a pain or sensitivity while eating... If sensitivity you have desensitising toothpaste available... But if it is pain we need to have a clinical examination and also should need to check with your x-ray..
