Pain in face ears heache

I have pain in face till ear headache difficulty chewing but my opg xray is all normal. Can it still be tmj and will it be cured. I have consulted dentist and ent and all just prescribed painkillers. As xray was normal. Attached is xray film.

Hello Ur xray is not clear,and u have any clicking sound?or while opening and closing thr s pain?

Do u hv any history of trauma or extraction? Differential diagnosis can b trigeminal neuralgia also... U can go wd cbct of d corresponding region of pain..after dt we will b sure for d cause of ur pain...bcz ur shared x ray is not good... u can contact me personally also for further details...

do have clicking sounds when you open & close mouth ? if yes - tmj issues can be corelated also check yourvit D , vit b12 levels

The opg is not clear It might be tye tmj problem Or coz of impacted teeth
