Pain in back side of knee

I m 39 yrs old woman .I have been experiencing pain in back side of my left knee since 2 months . This is mascular pain which appears as if I m sitting with folded leg for hours although I don’t sit with folded legs . When I stand up after sitting I feel strong pain n feel difficulty in walking for 1-2 min .n always there is a constant feeling of little pain .
