Your MRI report suggests- Skeletal Tuberculosis. Striking features- L 3/4 disc space reduction and collapse and prevertebral collection and right psoas abscess. Please get Mantoux test and blood culture to confirm Tuberculosis.
Next Steps
Take supervised anti tubercular medications (ATT) with supplements like Vitamin-D,E and Folic Acid.
Health Tips
Take rest till you visit an orthopaedic surgeon. Taylor Brace application will help give support to your diseased vertebral column.

Dear Practo user , If no intervention done on your disc previously then your condition is also known as tubercular spondylitis ( Potts spine ) . You can take some TB rest , but it’s not 100% sensitive or specific ., though it’s better to have such test before starting ATT ( anti tubercular drug ) . ATT of spine likely to continue for 12-18 months and if psoas abscess is causing significant symptoms ,it’s drainage can also be done if required .
