6 months back she fell while cleaning from top her arms were affected and treatment was given ...Now again she tells hands are still paining ... Recently she fell in the same way it has hurt her again she is managing but she will be telling pain is there when she Recently fell with arms a small finger in the leg has swollen she doesn't like coming to hospital can any one help ... Suggest me with some good oil to massage or cream which heals pain

No massage, it will do more harm Han good in this scenario Ice the area and wrap a crepe bandage...elevate the arm in a sling to avoid swelling It's better to consult orthopedic to rule out fracture
