2023-04-06 13:16:06
Hello, Recently i have developed a pain in my anus it only happens when i excrete because of the stretch of the anus walls. I feel a little pimple kind of thing on one side of wall of the anus. It is very little and only pains at the time of excretion any medicine to prescribe ?I am very worried what could be the reason and it has occured 7-10 days back I thought it will go away but it isn't going away. I applied moisturiser/coconut oil but nothing seems to work and also dont know which doctor to consult in these scenarios (My diet has been bad from a long time now alot of fast food is included in my diet and jo exercise can that be a reason)? Please help and prescribe any medicine it would be a lot of help

You should start taking a laxative like Tab Dulcoflex or take Lactulose. You should take papaya regularly. You can apply Shield or Anovate  gel cream for local application in the anal area about half an hour before defecation. If no relief then you should consult a General Surgeon for a physical examination.
