Pain in above right side of stomach

Having pain in right side of stomach no fever no vomiting. My test reports are In cbc reports tlc dlc are normal Sgpt normal .crp normal In ultrasound report - there is evidence of single tubular aperistaltic non compressible dilated bowel loops (dia 6.7 mm) without collection in right iliac fossa. Probe tenderness present in right iliac fossa.
