Hi, it is suggested to first reduced your weight, regularize your life style. Your dinner should finish by 8 pm. Lunch at 12.30 pm. Your breakfast should after your bath strictly.
It is suggested to take 1/2 spoon hingavastak churna with 2 spoons of ghee in the beginning of your food with 3 spoons of rice, mor & eve, start 2 spoons of castor oil with milk or warm water at night 10 days before mences, do regular hot fomentation on lower abdomen and lower back.
