Sciatica pain running down left leg MRI done of lower lumber Pain is unbearable and need some therapy to over come, what can I do? Pain killers not helping

If your pain is very bad it's best to visit ortho nearby and get injectable analgesics. If it's on and off then get medicines prescribed which will help. If it's chronic then get Vitamin b12 and D levels checked, if low once u get injectable supplement you will be good
