Pain below chest left side

I am feeling sharp pain when pressing left side below chest probably rib area. Ply advise is it dangerous or any cause to check I have recovered from covid 1 month ago and recently taken 4 physiotherapy Charo practice season by Dr to adjust spinal cord as there some pain got.
