Pain behind head when pressed

While travelling in train 2 days back someone with some hard trolley luggage hit me behind my head while taking the luggage. I have pain when pressed .is it anything to be worried about .no other symptoms but heaviness in that painy area behind the ear to the skull bone end.

    Xray shows decreased cervical spine lordosis(normal forward curve).     It is suggestive of paraspinal muscle spasm,which is a very common problem.    All you need to do for it is apply hot fomentation in the area of pain and around neck muscles for 2-3 times in a day,have rest,avoid lifting heavy weights for a few days.If want faster relief, you can add Tab. Zerodol TH twice a day for 3 days.
