It's nothing but inflammatory reaction rue to heating bad. Don't worry about the pain. It will automatically get reduced after 24 - 48 Hours. Continue your treatment instead of heating bad ask your treating physio to give SWD.
Next Steps
Don't worry follow your Physiotherapist

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Ok. Heat pad is fine. Ultrasound and ift/tens would have been better for 1st 5 days. Mulligan i.e pulling by putting belt on 1st day isnt advisable. U can tell ur physio to use ultrasound n ift or tens for 1st 5days...let pain subside.

Use icing rather than heating. Do exercises properly under the supervision of Physiotherapist and continue Physiotherapy
