Hello dentist.
7 june 2022 i had to removed my upper left wisdom teeth as it was causing injury to my retromolar region. After suture removed ( 10 days period ) slowly it started pain again . On 24 june i can feel a sharp object palate side . Waited few more days and saw ulceration , redness and pain increased so visited dentist , she removed the bone edges at the area . Sharp pain gone . I thought its over . But now i can feel same thing at multiple areas of the extracted teeth location . Upon finger touch it causing pain , my ears feels weird , side of the cheek also feels weird . IOPAR, OPG , CBCT all shows normal ( after extraction OPG , CBCT till bone edges removal day IOPAR ) . CBCT checked by radiologist said SHARP AND THIN PALATAL CORTICAL PLATE , MILD PERIODONTAL BONE LOSS AT EXISTING POSTERIOR TEETH .
Dentist now said wait till senior surgeon return to home town as he is not available for till 8 august . And yes look at this is it healing well or not day 7 now
Yes, please don't chew anything on that side. follow dentist instructions postoperatively.Also, don't touch anything like ... with finger or tongue to the affected area as it affects healing.
Socket will heal in 7 to 14 days & maximum 3weeks will require for ulceration to heal completely.

I advice you to take an xray of the teeth adjacent to the wisdom tooth which was removed.. Check for any bone loss..
Check if you have any sensitivity..
Sometimes, the adjacent teeth bone and periodontal tissues will be torn off during the impaction procedure due to the placement amd location of the impacted wisdom teeth..
In that case, the adjacent teeth needs a root canal treatment..
There are possibility for this condition because, the healing is good.. And also you said the cbct, opg and iopa of the wisdom tooth region are normal..

Extraction socket is healing,but it canbe a traumatic Extraction. Sharp and thin palatal cortical plate has to be corrected/smoothened
.take antibiotics and analgesics as prescribed. Avoid smoking,spicy food consumption. Maintain good oral hygiene. Visit your dentist for further assistance.

So from the history that u have provided ,
what radiologist said has to be addressed u need to remove that thin plate if it’s still troublesome,and if the pain is subsided then it’s fine if the primary wound is closed and the discomfort is less the rest body shall tc but if u still have pain to vist the dentist.and yes that picture is not very clear so can’t judge.
