Pain at both sides of back

Hii sir/mam My husband is suffering from pain of sides of back ( attached photo) while moving, walking , doing any thing he is feeling pain.he is not feeling any pain while touching, if he sit the pain won't come but he moves  ( Walk, sleeping)he is feeling pain.. He i s 32 yrs old He's is an IT Employee.. Plz help us what is the problem? Thank you 🙏
