Ovulation study 2nd cycle

I am on letrozole medicine, last cycle's ovulation report was good with 12th day size as 16*15mm and egg ruptured on 13th day but on current cycle follicle size is same on 10th and 12th day i.e largest 12*9mm not increasing. Please suggest if it is normal, to wait for one more scan or should consult doctor.

Ideally the Desired size of 18*20 mm is achieved after day 14 This needs to be repeated
