Congrats for your D day. If you really wana to loose wgt. Ideally its not recommended to loose10kg in a month ,it will bounce back. Go for a target of 6kg in a month (healthy n nutritionally followed) with yoga and walk. You will loose inches n wgt too. Follow the world of dietician with aim of wgt loss n skin glow n no hair fall.
