Hello sir, you should first divide your main 3 meals into 5-6 small meals at regular intervals. Some modifications in your lifestyle like regular walk and proper meal timings will help you a long way in decreasing your body weight and maintaining it further. A well balanced diet with more emphasis on protein and less on carbohydrates will also help. Try to increase your water content and fiber intake also.
