Losing weight is really simple if you get the basics right.
All you need to do is take in less calories than required and then burn more calories than what you have taken.
For the above principle to work, you need to have a high protein diet like egg whites, dals etc.
Low carbohydrate diet like avoid rice and other rice items, chocolates , carbonated drinks etc.
Do cardio workout everyday like running, jogging, jumping jacks, playing badminton etc.
Have green tea twice a day.
