Certain lifestyle changes should help you to shed that extra pound
*Eat less and exercise more
* Eat breakfast and dont skip meals
* Get 30 minute if exercise daily
* Stop fast food, sugary drinks including packed fruit juices and flavoured milk
* Eat more fruits and vegetables
*Eat low fat diary products
