Relax..try to find out any stressor in your life that is bothering you so much..If yes work to solve/ fight it...If not then try Yoga, meditation, have regular meals, exercise, keep in touch with close people,...also Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...Ok.. it will help you
