I don't know Wat happnd to me frm 1 yr, at the time I sleep at night my mind starts thinking whole day things like conversations with someone, what I rplied to someone, what he asked, what should I tll like this.. After 1/1½ hr I slept bt I feel my mind recapping whole conversation whole night
