Hi doc, iam using Himalaya wellness Shigru tabs for my osteopenia issue, n it's working well, but when I stop taking tabs, the aches return, plz help! Do i need to take it lifelong or any other alternative to it ? Home remedies not working for me...

Thanks for trusting Ayurveda and seeking help on authentic platform. Surely Shigru works well for Vataj, Amaj and Kafanu bandi pain but boosting bone , muscles ligament strength needed to addressed in time

Hi mam if you want to change your medicine you can consult here. Do not eat rice,curd,maize roti .it will increase your problem.

Madam,if Shigru tab suit to u, you can continue.As Ayurvedic drugs are total extact u can continue any long period.If u feel the action is reduced in future then we can change to other drug.
