Hello ,im pregnant with twins and I'm in 2nd trimester.i wanna know that after how many times preterm labour start if you had an orgasm???

Labour may not always strt after orgasm So best is to abstain Why would you want to risk a twin pregnancy for a little moment of pleasure

More than the labour pains due to orgasm you should be more worried about premature rupture of membranes and infection. Please consult with your Gynaecologist regarding the position in which you should have intercourse so that your pregnancy is safe.

There is risk of preterm labour with frequent intercourse in cases of twin pregnancy. There is no such study on that - preterm labour in twins and orgasm
