Oral fibroma

I have one Oral Fibroma in right inner cheek for  atleast 12-13 years. It doesn't cause any problems. Should I keep it as it is, or surgerically remove it. I never smoke or drink or chew tobacco.

Oral fibromas are usually recommended to be removed. When to Seek Urgent Treatment: If the fibroma is growing, changing in color/shape, ulcerated, or causing functional problems, it’s best to have it evaluated and excised.
