Hi I had second primary cancer in third molar jaw rmt and slightly effects on jaw bone. I already operated in Kolkata on 26th May 2018 I am still admitted in hospital doctor. Doctor's has operated with fibula flap from chest muscles. effected areas was  post radiated before 5 yrs. But after operation again there is showing some leakage in mouth and flowing some piv from there so doctor did again second surgery on 5th May 2018. Opened some stitches of mouth and did again. Doctor told me that this can be happen due to post radiation. Please suggest what to do. I am admitted in hospital from 12 days. Please help.
