Opg xray diagnosis

Can anyone help me see if I have cavities at all or not. I can find multiple black spots on my molars. If I have then how many and what's the state? Does it require filling or root canal? I recently visited a dentist but he himself is not sure.

Hii According to this radiograph in upper jaw no deep caries is diagnosed In lower jaw you have 1 impacted molar which you should get removed else it will cause caries in adjecent tooth Further if you are getting symptoms like pain you should precisely go for an iopar in respect to that teeth Consult your dentist on having symptoms and for small caries or pit filling can be done to prevent further progression Stay safe

Cannot rule out any cavity through this OPG but impacted wisdom tooth is there which needs to be extracted to save damage to its adjacent tooth. You can get a dental checkup done to check for those black spots and figure out whether they are superficial cavity or stains.
Next Steps
If superficial cavity is there filling needs to be done otherwise for black stains removal teeth cleaning is advised.
Health Tips
Get lower right wisdom tooth extracted done as soon as possible.

Hi, In the x-ray shared, there are no evident decay in any tooth. You have an impacted wisdom tooth in the lower jaw that needs to be removed to avoid any damage to the adjacent tooth. Are you have any sensitivity in the teeth having the black spots ?
