One teeth is coming out from irregular.
As you see in image one teeth coming upper portion on right side. So i want to is it creates problem in future? Or need to took out it?

The teeth erupting out is a permanent one so there is absolutely no need of it’s removal. However, you need to get a clinical evaluation done from a dentist also an OPG so that it could be figured out that what all milk teeth have erupted and what are left so that the space can be managed accordingly and you can opt for orthodontic (braces) treatment timely.

It seems that permanent Canine is coming outside the arch due to lack of space for eruption and irregularities in lower anterior tooth is also appreciable in picture. You need to go for an Orthodontic treatment .

Hi dear, the tooth that is coming from the upper portion is your permanent tooth. No need to take it out. You will need braces treatment in future for proper alignment

Dr practo user ... primary tooth ( milk tooth ) when not fallen on time ... permanent tooth will not have enough space to come out ...n so this can happen .
