Yesterday night she has omitted and after that she has stomach pain not able to sleep properly. Now she has fever

It's looks like stomach infection Keep ur baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed Give Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days Syrp. Ondem 5ml if vomiting If continue vomiting loose motion then need consultation with nearest pediatrician

Give follwoing looks like gastroenteritis. Syp oflox oz 5ml twice a day Syp zinkonia 5 ml once a day Enterigermina liquid once a day Syp.colpol 5 ml for fever Ors solution as baby drinks
