It's looks like stomach infection Keep ur baby well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruits juices and ORS if needed Give Liq. Enterogermina 5ml twice a day for 2 days Syrp. Ondem 5ml if vomiting If continue vomiting loose motion then need consultation with nearest pediatrician
