Though the dose equivalent of risperidone 4mg would be around 400mg, the way Amisulpride works is different for different people. So what you should measure ( and what your psychiatrist will be measuring) is clinical efficacy rather than dose equivalence. So, if you feel better with 100mg of Amisulpride then the doctor will increase it only if required. If your symptoms are not fully controlled then he doctor will increase it by 100mg. Usually Amisulpride is well tolerated up to 400mg. So my advice to you is see if your symptoms are improving or not and based on that report it to your doctor who will decide if the medicine needs to be increased.
Next Steps
See your psychiatrist and discuss the dosage increase required.
Health Tips
Do not increase the dose on your own! It may lead to intolerable side effects.
